Leg Day Evreyday

Training Legs 3 to 4 times a week

Leg day has been the most important part of my fitness journey. I train one upper body’s muscle group once every 2 weeks, but my body remain in good shape. It helped me loosing my belly fat and improved my strength, my stamina and my libido. I share all my secret about it, so enjoy!
